Error during swf to gif conversion

Aargh.
Multiple pop up boxes appear with "Access violation at address 00430134 in module swfgifconverter.exe read of address 0000002c" then the conversion stops.
This happens when I use Real Time Playing or Frame by Frame.
I am not sure what Dither to use, so I experimented with Nearest and Floyd Steinberg.
The swf I want to convert from is just over 2MB. I'm running Windows xp sp3.
Help.

Hi

1. The error may occur if you did not install Flash Player in Internet Explorer.

Please launch Internet Explorer and install the Flash Player in IE by visiting

http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ .

Once installed, restart the software or restart the computer, and the problem should be fixed. And installing Flash in other web browsers, such as Firefox, can not fix the problem.

2. If problem still happens, please send me your SWF file, I'll try to check it.

Thanks Patrick, Flash Player is installed in IE.
I forwarded the file to support@aleosoft.com Feb 23, as there is no improvement. I'm still waiting to get a response.
Some additional info, my PC set up is:
Windows xp sp3
2 gig ram
160 hdd 140 free
