How to embed Flash SWF file to Dreamweaver?

This tutorial will show you how to insert Flash SWF file to HTML page in Dreamweaver.

Step 1

Firstly, please copy or save the SWF file to your website directory. You may save it to the root directory or a sub directory of the website.

Step 2

Launch Dreamweaver, select the HTML file in which you want to insert the Flash SWF file.

In Dreamweaver, select menu "Insert" -> "Media" -> "Flash", then select the SWF file.

You may set the properties of the Flash movie in the "Properties" tab, but normally the default settings work fine.

Save the HTML file, and publish the files to your web server. Be remember to upload the Flash SWF file.
